Days of interactive gameplay

The Swiss real estate giant tapped Infinite Reality to build a digital twin of their iconic Zurich HQ. Elaborate games, quests, and puzzles introduced visitors to the SPS corporate focus on sustainability and became a virtual gathering place, that included rentable work and social spaces, for potential real world clients.

The Challenge

Swiss Prime Site wanted to create a virtual social space where key partners and stakeholders could meet, network, and collaborate. Hosted in an open 3D world, the digital twin of their Zurich office building would inspire the creativity of invited guests and casual visitors from inside innovative workspaces and provide playful, new ways to engage with the SPS brand.

The Experience

3 floors high, the digital Prime Tower included an employee lounge, meeting rooms, and a rooftop space for events. Just like their real-world counterpart, this Swiss Prime Space offered different offices tailored to specific tenants, such as law firms and crypto businesses. Each room was able to be reskinned for any partner, and available for rent in the virtual HQ.

Mission quests, SPS-themed trivia, puzzles, and a jet-pack game suggested by friendly NPC characters deftly guided users to explore the space while learning about corporate values and core client services. Users were encouraged to return and “level up” their character with incentives like:

  • Experience points (XP): Measured a player’s dwell time and success
  • Wearables: Cosmetic items which could be bought or sold
  • Tokens: SPS-branded currency used to purchase exclusive wearables in the shop

And with nearly 8 days worth of interactive game play, the extremely sticky content resulted in repeat visits by more than half of the visitors, with an average of 20 minutes dwell time per visit.
