John Acunto is a globally respected creative visionary and has worked at the highest levels with the world’s leading technology companies: IBM, Apple, eBay, Amazon, Facebook, and many others. He is Co-founder and CEO of Infinite Reality, Inc., the Metaverse Innovation and Entertainment Company born from the dynamic merger of social ecommerce platform Display Social, leading entertainment studio Thunder Studios, and Metaverse technology company Infinite Metaverse. More recently, John led the $470 million acquisition of ReKTGlobal and established a strategic partnership with the University of Luxembourg to launch a global Metaverse hub as the centerpiece of iR’s European expansion.

He has partnered with elite companies such as Google, News Corp, Samsung, YouTube, and Bank of America to assist in capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, sales, branding, advertising, product development, and business partnership development. With an aptitude for driving top line sales, cutting costs, and streamlining operations, Sean’s strong track record of driving growth and profitability in both corporate and entrepreneurial environments is apparent throughout his career. Sean serves as President of Global Business Development and Revenue for leading Metaverse entertainment and innovation company Infinite Reality, Inc.
Elliot Jobe
CHIEF INNOVATION OFFICER & CO-FOUNDER
Elliott Jobe is the Chief Innovation Officer and Co-founder of Infinite Reality, Inc. Thanks to his leading-edge photorealistic work, Elliott is considered a pioneer in live action digital set work, earning patents related to both live action lighting and compositing. Elliott produced some of the first photo realistic CGI marketing work for brands such as General Motors, Bell Helicopter, and Toyota long before digital backend production became mainstream. Creatively, his work has won several Sports Emmy Awards, a Key Art Award, and over a dozen PromaxBDA Awards. Elliott launched his own independent studio in 2003 post producing three groundbreaking documentaries with Oliver Stone, a fine art film, Ashes and Snow, edited by Oscar winner Pietro Scalia, and dozens of music videos working directly with artists including Prince, Usher, and Lenny Kravitz. During the early days of the pandemic, Elliott partnered with experiential director/producer Helix Wolfson to bring Burning Man 2020 to life as a live interactive virtual festival experience. The event attracted tens of thousands of creators and attendees in the immersive Metaverse experience.

Amish Shah rose to prominence as managing partner of SierraMaya360, which became 2015’s top Tech, Sports Media, and Entertainment VC under his watch. In addition to being an early investor in companies such as Lyft and Carta, Amish had the foresight to invest in The Drone Racing League and Gameco which put him in a unique position to bring his expertise to the thriving esports business. Amish then co-founded, expanded, and ultimately led ReKTGlobal to its successful $470 million acquisition by Infinite Reality, He is a frequent guest on CNBC, FOX Business, Sirius Radio, and other outlets providing insight and thoughtful commentary on trending tech news and IPOs. John Canning joined iR as an experienced and accomplished CFO (public company and private equity) with 25 years’ experience in management consulting and media and entertainment, including significant stints at Disney, Discovery and Cineverse after concluding a successful consulting career with firms including Deloitte and KPMG. John earned his MBA from USC and his BS from CSU, Northridge, both in Finance.
François Ribiero
CEO, INFINITE REALITY EMEA
François Ribeiro has a successful 25-year career in the sports industry. He has spearheaded the creation of the sport events division from scratch of Warner Bros Discovery group. At the helm of Discovery Sport Events and Senior Vice President of WBD Sports, he delivered over 1000 sport events across 5 continents, operating 10 world championships under long-term contracts with international sport governing bodies FIA (Federation International Automobile), FIM (Federation International of Motorcycles) and UCI (Union Cycliste Internationale). His expertise covers the full chain of value including TV production, media rights distribution, sponsorship, licensing, ticketing, promotion, logistics, and on-event coordination, always promoting innovation to improve fan experience.
Jennifer Pepin
EVP, GENERAL COUNSEL, CORPORATE SECRETARY
Jennifer Pepin serves as the legal advisor to Infinite Reality’s executives and the board of directors, with responsibility for Infinite Reality’s legal affairs and execution on Infinite Reality’s strategic investments. Jennifer joined Infinite Reality in 2023 as deputy general counsel, and was appointed general counsel in November 2023. She joined Infinite Reality from Latham & Watkins, LLP, where she was a partner in the tax group. Previously, Jennifer was a partner at Kirkland & Ellis, LLP and an associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett. She graduated from the University of Michigan Law School cum laude and the University of Southern Maine summa cum laude.
Isaac Jeppsen
CHIEF PRODUCT OFFICER
With over 15 years at the forefront of technical leadership, Isaac Jeppsen has been the driving force behind the realization of ambitious projects across education, visualization, and advanced interfaces and technology. Isaac’s core mission revolves around leveraging advanced research to craft user experiences that not only inform but also delight users by demystifying complexity and ensuring seamless functionality. With his proficiency in catapulting endeavors from inception to success, Isaac has left an indelible mark—from kickstarting projects as the inaugural employee at Engaged Learning, a Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation-supported non-profit, to delivering AAA games like Command and Conquer Kane’s Wrath, and contributing to the launch of AWS’s Digital Twin Maker service and Niantic’s Lightship VPS service. Isaac thrives on pioneering the unexplored and fostering collaboration among diverse teams spanning engineering, research, art, and design to introduce novel and groundbreaking products and services.
Hannah Reid
CHIEF PEOPLE OFFICER
Hannah serves as the Chief People Officer at Infinite Reality and is an integral member of iR’s leadership team. In her capacity, she spearheads the development of the company’s People Operations strategy, overseeing critical functions including talent acquisition, diversity & inclusion initiatives, organizational design, cultural development, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and HR operations & technology. With over a decade of experience in Human Resources, Hannah brings a wealth of expertise on all things People. Prior to joining Infinite Reality, she held senior HR leadership positions at VaynerX and The Sasha Group.
Kayla Cross
GLOBAL EXECUTION OFFICER
As former co-founder and COO of Lost Boys Local and CEO of Game Show From Home (with global clients including Netflix, Salesforce, Merck, Hilton, Diego, and Erasmus Teaching Hospital), Kayla Cross brings a borderless strategic vision and a proven track record of turning ideas into reality to the iR Team. Since 2022, she has served as Managing Director in the Immersive Experiences Group and oversaw the successful execution of key global projects for clients including Warner Bros. Discovery and Vodafone. Kayla Cross now serves as the driving force behind Infinite Reality’s global operations as Global Execution Officer. Her emphasis on cross-cultural collaboration ensures cohesive teamwork worldwide, delivering top-notch products and services. In her role, Kayla personifies the company’s commitment to excellence, charting a course for ongoing success in the fast-paced world of technology.
Michael Yormark
SVP OF OPERATIONS
As one of the earliest employees at Infinite Reality, Michael Yormark’s tenure since October 2019 has equipped him with a unique and comprehensive understanding of the company. As the Senior Vice President of Operations, his extensive engagement across various departments and close collaborations with business leaders enable him to expedite solutions and engage effectively with all levels of the organization, offering a grassroots perspective. This in-depth internal experience, combined with his background at Dow Jones and his entrepreneurial ventures, uniquely positions Michael to drive operational excellence at Infinite Reality.
Griffin Rowell
SVP OF PLATFORM SOLUTIONS
Griffin has 15 years of experience as a military officer, aerospace engineer, and strategic operations leader. He is currently a council-member of EtherealEngine.org. Griffin served eight years in the US Air Force as a captain performing airborne command and control, and managing a multi-billion dollar system upgrade. During his service, he was nominated by the Air Force for NASA astronaut selection. After military service, Griffin was a systems engineer at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory where he managed cross-functional teams and received the Voyager Award. Later, he was the chief of staff for a $137 million rapid development directorate at Northrop Grumman defining strategy and leading operations for the most advanced programs at the company. He holds a B.S in physics from UC Santa Barbara, a M.S. of aeronautical and astronautical engineering from Purdue University, and an MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Business.
