The fusion of the prominent esports organization with the leading direct-to-consumer platform will enable ReKTGlobal to elevate fan solutions for esports teams around the world

New York – October 23, 2019 – ReKTGlobal, the global esports business authority and parent company of Rogue and the London-based Call of Duty League franchise team, the London Royal Ravens, today announces its acquisition of North Carolina-based Fullcube, the leading platform and playbook provider of fan-based Insider programs. With over a decade of experience helping sports, media and entertainment brands cultivate insider relationships with their consumers, Fullcube recently joined forces with ReKTGlobal in an official partnership that transformed ReKTGlobal’s Rogue Nation, a club for esports fanatics who want an inside look into Rogue and the esports industry.

“Through our acquisition of Fullcube and its premier technology, we’re going all in on the enthusiastic fanbases through the creation of loyalty programs and monetization by bringing best practices from the sports, media and entertainment world to esports,” said Amish Shah, Founder and Chairman of ReKTGlobal.

ReKTGlobal and Fullcube collectively launched the Rogue Nation fan membership program earlier this year with tremendous success. Not only has the recurring revenue-generating initiative led to a variety of esports-related solutions, including an integration with Discord, the leading voice and text platform in esports, Rogue Nation now has thousands of engaged club members. Combining ReKTGlobal’s gaming, esports and entertainment savvy with FullCube’s technology and proven ability to develop and operate direct-to-consumer fan engagement programs that have created impactful experiences with major brands such as NASCAR, Turner, Hot Rod Magazine and This Old House, ReKTGlobal’s acquisition of Fullcube will allow the growing organization to introduce similar fan solutions for esports teams globally.

“This is an exciting day for the Fullcube team,” commented Parrish McIntyre, CEO and Co- Founder of Fullcube. “We’ve only begun scratching the surface of the esports industry and are

now in a unique position to leverage what we’ve done for traditional sports leagues, teams and other enthusiast audiences to help ReKTGlobal deliver exponential value to the esports fanbase. ReKT has a unique vision for the intersection of esports, music and entertainment, and we’re excited to put our technology and experience to work in support of it.” Founded in 2016, New York-based ReKTGlobal recently announced the addition of the Utah Jazz’s Rudy Gobert as their first traditional professional sports athlete investor, expanding the company’s business team of major forces in the entertainment industry that include world

renowned EDM sensations Steve Aoki and DJ Nicky Romero, Billboard-Award winning members of Imagine Dragons and legendary Latin music producer Tainy.

ReKTGlobal most recently revealed their Call of Duty London franchise team, the Royal Ravens, closed a multi-year deal with TIME’s Most Influential DrLupo, and welcomed Michael “ODEE” O’Dell to the global esports organization as Chief Gaming Officer. ReKTGlobal also acquired Greenlit Content, a hybrid company behind some of gaming’s most popular editorial sites and viral branded gaming content, events and activations in collaboration with brands like Xbox, HyperX, Epic Games, Activision Blizzard and Warner Bros.
